Gray has been recalled to the Power line-up after missing the opening two games due to hamstring tightness.
He returns to the side at the expense of David Rodan who is the only omission from the line-up beaten by the Bombers at Etihad Stadium.

24-year-old Gray played every game in 2011 when he was Port Adelaide’s leading goal-kicker.
But Port Adelaide general manager - football Peter Rohde says he also adds further depth to the Power’s revitalised midfield.
“He’s a very damaging player who has traditionally played more forward than midfield, but we’re hoping he’s going to play more and more in the midfield,” Rohde said.
“His pre-season form was outstanding. We think he’s one of our first picked and we’re very keen to have him back in the side.”
Rodan played a critical role coming on as a substitute in the Round 1 victory over St Kilda at AAMI Stadium, but struggled in last week’s 25-point loss to Essendon.
“David was very good in Round 1 as a sub and we certainly considered playing him as a sub again, but we don’t know how often you can play people as subs,” Rohde said.
“He struggled to get into the game last week, he got a bit of the ball in the third quarter but he probably didn’t have enough influence on the match.
“With Robbie combing back in somebody’s got to give way. We are really keen to keep the balance of inside and outside players similar, so it probably had to be on one of the inside-type midfielders who made way for Robbie because that’s primarily where we want him to play.”

Chad Wingard is named in a forward pocket after a specialist cleared him of any damage from a scratched eye that forced him from the ground in the second quarter on Saturday.
Jarrad Redden will again lead the ruck, with the club naming Hawthorn recruit Brent Renouf as an emergency.
“We were very pleased with his first full game at senior level in the SANFL,” Rohde said of Renouf’s performance in Norwood’s victory over Woodville-West Torrens.
“We’d love him to get another game and be thinking that he’s ready to go from now on through.”
Port Adelaide hosts Sydney for the first time since half-way through 2010, with the club hoping a home ground advantage will help it turn the tables on the Swans who have won the teams’ past seven encounters.
“They’ve always given us a fair bit of trouble,” Rohde said.
“They’re a team we respect enormously. They’re very competitive all the time. They have a very even contribution and they find a way to win.
“We know we’ll have our work cut out. It looks like being good conditions and we’re looking forward to having an opportunity to play them at AAMI Stadium.”
The Power and Swans meet from 1.40pm on Saturday.
