PORT Adelaide fans have twice the excitement to look forward to on Sunday, with the Power and the Magpies sharing the stage at AAMI Stadium against the Blues and Double Blues.

In the AFL, we take on Carlton from 4.10pm following a curtain-raiser between the Magpies and Sturt from 12.45pm.

With the AFL reaffirming Port Adelaide’s long-term involvement in the AFL, and talks about to begin to secure our financial future up to Adelaide Oval and beyond, why not head to AAMI Stadium to show the football world what your Club means to you.

Coming off Saturday’s night’s against-the-odds win over Richmond, the Power faces a new test in Carlton. Led by Brownlow medalist Chris Judd, the Blues bring one of the best midfields in the business to Adelaide.

Star Port on-baller Travis Boak and his team-mates are ready for the challenge.

“They’re probably one of the top three midfield groups in the competition,” Boak said.

“It’s a fantastic challenge for us. We’ll probably learn a lot off of Judd and Murphy and those sort of guys.”

Power-Blues games always produce a great atmosphere and a big crowd, with more than 30,000 attending last year’s contest.

On Sunday we’re hoping for an even bigger turnout, as we aim to dish out a “double” dose of “the Blues”.

In their second curtain-raiser to an AFL game in 2011, the Magpies take on old traditional rival Sturt in their Round 10 SANFL clash.

It’s a great day of footy action, and promises to be a massive day for the Port Adelaide Football Club.

Don’t forget, it’s the first game in Port’s value-packed 3-Game Super Pass offer, which includes admission to two other big games (against St Kilda in Round 16 and Collingwood in Round 20).
