Port Adelaide unveiled the black-and-white prison bar guernsey on Tuesday in an elaborate event that included a coming together of two generations of Port Adelaide players at the Tower Bar at The South Australian Brewing Company.

The 1977 premiership stars at the launch were coach John Cahill, captain Russell Ebert, Brian Cunningham, Ivan Eckermann, Tony Giles, Max James, Kim Kinnear, Andy Porplycia, Len Warren and Peter Woite.

As a gift from SA Brewing and the club, they all received a framed photo of themselves unveiling the black-and-white colours at the top of the brewery chimney in 1977, and promptly went about getting each other to sign the memento.
