The fans have spoken and Tom Rockliff has taken out the Fans MG MVP for the second week in a row.
The midfielder collected a game-high 30 disposals, had 10 clearances, six of which from the centre of the ground and three tackles.
He also kicked his 100th career goal with a clever bouncing snap through a pack, in his 50th game for the club.
Rockliff is coming into fine form ahead of a big finals series for the Power, which happens to be his first finals series of his 204-AFL game career.
Star forward Robbie Gray came in a close second in the fan vote, with only a couple of votes separating the pair.
Gray’s trademark sublime skills stood out in the slippery conditions at the Gabba.
He finished the night with 25 disposals, had six clearances and three score involvements.
Coming in third in the voting was Dan Houston.
Houston was a rock at half back, winning twelve marks including a competition-high eight intercept marks.
He also found plenty of the ball, finishing the night with 23 disposals.
Brad Ebert came in fourth place with his two goals, 16 disposals and two tackles against the Pies.
Rounding out this week’s voting was Darcy Byrne-Jones (5th), Ollie Wines (6th), Scott Lycett (7th) and Tom Jonas (8th).
This week the Power has an extended break before opening the 2020 AFL Finals Series at Adelaide Oval against Geelong on Thursday 1 October.
