THE PORT ADELAIDE Football Club can confirm Thursday night’s AFL Qualifying Final against Geelong is officially sold out.
With capacity reduced at Adelaide Oval due to the South Australian Government’s COVID-19 guidelines, all available tickets were claimed in just over seven hours.
“Demand was extremely strong from our passionate members, with over 10,000 tickets sold in the first ten minutes," said Port Adelaide Executive General Manager, Matthew Richardson.
"The support of our members this year has been unbelievable and to now have this opportunity to play a big final in front of them at Adelaide Oval, is just fantastic for our people. The response from our members is not unexpected.
“Our club has enjoyed incredible support throughout the entire 2020 season and we appreciate the patience and understanding our members have shown given the various challenges we have all had to navigate."
The AFL coordinates ticket prices, seat categories and the on-sale schedule for all 2020 Toyota AFL Finals series matches.
Thursday night’s game gets underway at 7:10pm ACST.
