What is the crowd capacity?
The Victorian State Government recently endorsed 75% capacity crowds at the MCG and Marvel Stadium for AFL matches to begin the season.
How many tickets are available to Victorian Members?
The number of tickets available will be determined on a match-by-match basis in conjunction with the home club and the AFL.
How can I access tickets?
Due to the reduced capacity, Victorian Members will be required to redeem a reserved seat ticket via the nominated ticketing agent. Members will not be able to scan their membership card at the gate for entry.
MCG = Ticketek
Marvel Stadium = Ticketmaster
What do I need to redeem my ticket?
You will require the 12-digit barcode number which can be found under your barcode on your membership card.
Members can enter up to 6 barcodes in one entry to be allocated seating near each other. Member barcodes can only be used once, in one transaction.
To comply with Victoria State Government COVID-19 guidelines for AFL matches at the MCG, you must now provide the contact details for all ticket holders in your group at the time of purchase.

You acknowledge that, even with rigorous capacity and control measures in place at AFL matches, there remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness including COVID-19 at an AFL match at this time and you have considered that risk and your own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that you may have or that of persons whom you will be in close contact with following your attendance at an AFL match. You acknowledge that, for a small number of people, COVID-19 has very serious health consequences. By attending an AFL match, you (and any persons who attend the match with you) acknowledge and accept these obvious risks.
Will there be a Post-Match function?
Whilst we navigate our way through the AFL’s COVID regulations and protocols, there will not be a post-match function. This may change as the season progresses.
