Ken Hinkley and Alistair Clarkson agreed Boak was best on ground, both awarding him their five votes.
Boak was huge in the middle of the ground, racking up 34 disposals, 19 contested possessions, 10 clearances, 7 tackles, 7 inside 50s, 4 rebound 50s, 128 Fantasy points and a goal.
It’s Boak’s third perfect 10-vote game in the AFLCA Award, following on from best on ground efforts against Brisbane in Round 4 and Geelong in Round 6.
Jared Polec’s influential run and carry all game didn’t go un-noticed either, with the coaches awarding him five votes for his 26 disposal, one goal game.
Chad Wingard also received five votes, with the exciting forward booting 3.3 and assisting two other goals.
Boak now sits in seventh place overall in the AFLCA Award, with teammate Robbie Gray in a tie for fifth with Nat Fyfe.
