Port Adelaide defender Hamish Hartlett had arthroscopic surgery today on his right knee after experiencing some discomfort during a training session late last week in Melbourne.
The procedure was a clean out involving the trimming of some meniscus and the removal of floating cartilage in his knee.
The club will provide an update in the coming days as to how long Hartlett will remain sidelined.
Showdown specialist Robbie Gray will make his return from injury this Saturday evening against the Crows.
