In: McKenzie, Motlop
Out: Clurey (omitted), Fantasia (injured), Mayes (omitted)
PORT ADELAIDE has made two changes to its line-up for Friday night’s blockbuster encounter against the Western Bulldogs.
Steven Motlop will return for his first AFL game in more than a month following ankle surgery while defender Trent McKenzie is back after a week out with a tight hamstring.
It means Tom Clurey drops out of the side, while a similar hamstring injury sees Orazio Fantasia miss out as well.
Last week’s medical substitute Sam Mayes has dropped back to the emergency list, joining Clurey, Jarrod Lienert and Sam Powell-Pepper.
The medical substitute will be named from that group an hour before the game.
Port Adelaide will face the Bulldogs for a spot in the competition’s top two at Marvel Stadium on Friday night from 7:20pm ACST / 7:50pm AEST.
The game will be the 100th at AFL level for Karl Amon and 200th game coached by senior coach Ken Hinkley.
