Showing consistency is now a part of his game, Power development coach Darren Trevena has once again granted Carlile that title after a strong display for South against Central on Sunday.“I think right now his mental aspect is really good. I think he has worked on his preparation before matches and I think that’s making him a more consistent player,” Trevena said.“He had three different opponents on him throughout the match and I think he didn’t have a goal kicked on him for the game. Some have been leading, some have been marking and he adjusted to all of them.“He is being a bit more pro-active with his attack on the ball.”While Carlile took the gong this week as the Cibo Glenelg SANFL Power Player of the Week, there were still a number of players making sure they kept their names in the selection mix.Here’s how Trevena rated their games…Greg Bentley (Sturt)

“Greg was excellent again and unlucky not to get player of the round. He was very solid off a half-back flank and on-ball. He picked up plenty of possessions and he was very good in assisting Sturt to their victory over Port.”Adam Thomson (Sturt)

“Adam had a solid game with clean hands but he probably wasn’t up to the benchmark that he’d set in previous weeks. His game was nothing super but he did what was expected of him. He still showed clean hands and used the ball really well.”Fabian Deluca (Sturt)

“Deluca was good in the ruck and he hunted the ball as well. He needs to work on his handball receives and his marking around the ground.”Nathan Lonie (North Adelaide)

“It was probably his best game for the year. He kicked three goals and had plenty of it. Hopefully it’s a turning point for him and he needs to keep putting these games together. It was good to see him turn the corner.”Ryan Williams (Central reserves)
“He was excellent in the reserves and he had 30 possessions, so it was a very good game playing on ball. Another couple of games like that and he’ll be pushing for senior selection at Centrals.
