CHARLIE DIXON will play his 200th AFL game in Saturday night’s encounter with the Gold Coast Suns.

After beginning his career as part of the inaugural Gold Coast list, it is fitting that the powerful forward will celebrate his milestone against his former side.

Here are some numbers to help you impress your friends about the 32-year-old’s career so far:

23 – While Dixon has worn the number 22 jumper in his eight seasons at Alberton, Dixon wore the number 23 in his five seasons on the Gold Coast and is officially credited with being the sixth player to represent the club – based on alphabetical order of those who played in that club’s debut game in Round 2, 2011 against Carlton.

1 – Dixon kicked Gold Coast’s first ever AFL goal in his debut game, finishing with two overall / he also played in Gold Coast’s first AFL win, booting two goals again but this time against the club he would later move to – Port Adelaide.
