Port Plays At Adelaide Oval
Port Adelaide meets North Adelaide at Adelaide Oval on Saturday in a knock-out Foxtel Cup clash.
The action kicks off at 3.45pm (SA Time) with the Magpies and Roosters doing battle after convincing wins in the opening round of the inaugural national championship.
Port Adelaide defeated East Coast Eagles (NSW) 16.11 (107) to 2.3 (15) in their encounter at the SCG on 14th May. North Adelaide accounted for Labrador (Qld) 16.11 (107) to 3.4 (22) the week after.
The SANFL rivals are this State’s remaining representatives in the fight for national honours, after West Adelaide was knocked out by Williamstown (Vic.).
The Magpies were beaten by the Roosters at Prospect in SANFL Round 3, but are now sitting just outside the Top Five, with North near the bottom having won just one other game.
The gates will open at Adelaide Oval at 12.45pm for a curtain-raiser clash as SA takes on Victoria Country in their Round 3 fixture in the Under 18 National Championships.
The Croweaters team will feature two Magpies: ASERI RAIKIWASA - the SA Vice-Captain who has starred in victories over Qld and NSW/ACT - and LUKE WILSON.

The winner of the Magpies/Roosters contest will meet Claremont (WA) at Patersons Stadium on Saturday July 16th.
