PORT ADELAIDE players will be heading into McDonald’s restaurants around Adelaide this Saturday to help serve customers in support of McHappy Day.

Each year, McHappy Day helps raise much needed funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia, whose work is invaluable in supporting families with seriously ill children.

In 2018, McHappy Day raised an incredible $4.9 million towards this cause, with RMHC helping 57,000 families stay together and close to the care they need.

This Saturday, there are many ways to show your support.

You can visit a McDonald’s restaurant and purchase a Helping Hand or a pair of Silly Socks, while 10c from every 600mL bottle of water and $2 from every Big Mac sold on McHappy Day goes directly to RMHC.

You can also get behind the cause by donating in the donation buckets in McDonald’s restaurants, choosing to round up your order to the nearest dollar or by making a donation online.
