TOM Jonas has been cleared by the Match Review Panel over a bump on Adelaide's Rory Laird in Saturday's Showdown.
The MRP said Jonas's actions were not unreasonable given Laird was within five metres of the ball.
Jonas is now free to play against Essendon on Friday night.
Meanwhile, the gameday report of Essendon's Patrick Ambrose for engaging in rough conduct against James Harmes has been dismissed.
