FEW have done it, and Ollie Wines will join a special group of players on Sunday when he plays his 50th game.

The 20-year-old from Echuca has played 50 consecutive games since he was drafted, having debuted in Round 1 of his first year at the club.

Wines hasn't missed all 44 home-and-away games over the last two seasons, as well as the Power's five finals - two in 2013, and three in 2014.

Just 864 days have passed between Wines being taken with pick 7 in the 2012 draft, and this Sunday's Round 1 game.

It means he's put 50 games under his belt in quicker time, than the only other player to do so in the Power's history.

That man is Brendon Lade, who reached his 50th in the sixth game of his third season after being drafted (1999).

Wines's durability is impressive - even at a young age - and his two Gavin Wanganeen Medals are a testament to his undoubted skill.

The next 50 games, as Port Adelaide works hard to make finals again in 2015, will be a real challenge.
