BRISBANE has dominated the Shadforth AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award votes from its 48-point victory over Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval on Sunday afternoon.
Jarryd Lyons received the maximum 10 votes for his 36-disposal (17 contested) and nine-tackle game against the Power.
Dayne Zorko (eight votes) was next best with 24 touches and three goals, while Charlie Cameron’s four goals earned him six votes.
Daniel Rich, Mitch Robinson and Lachie Neale each received two votes.
Brody Mihocek (Collingwood), James Worpel (Hawthorn) and Josh Dunkley (Western Bulldogs) each received maximum votes in Round 17.
Despite note featuring in the votes on the weekend, Travis Boak still sits tenth in the award - 20 votes adrift of Geelong’s Tim Kelly.
