PORT Adelaide got through Round 8 unscathed, with no fresh injury concerns out of the AFL or SANFL games over the weekend.

Brent Renouf left the ground during the first quarter with a finger injury but returned a short time later to record a career-high 42 hitouts.

Aaron Young, who injured his ankle late in the game against the Dockers, faces a fitness test at training this week to determine if he'll be available for selection against the Suns.

Mitch Banner didn't play for the Magpies on Friday night after undergoing a knee arthroscope late last week. He is expected to miss two to three weeks.

Tom Jonas made an earlier than expected return from a knee injury, lining up for Norwood in the SANFL on the weekend.

Jasper Pittard and Cam Hitchcock are continuing with their rehab programs from hamstring injuries, while Nick Salter will resume running in the coming weeks as he returns from foot surgery.

Robbie Gray has been placed on the long-term injury list as he goes through the first phases of rehab for his knee injury.

Port Adelaide will hold an open training session at Alberton Oval from 4pm on Tuesday 22 May with a signing session to follow.
