THERE will be a host of new faces and young talent on show when Port Adelaide takes on the Crows at Alberton on Saturday.
Draftee Lachie Jones will get his first competitive hit-out in the club’s colours while Miles Bergman has also been named in the AFL side.
Earlier on Friday the club confirmed captain Tom Jonas would be managed and not feature, while Sam Powell-Pepper (hand) and Robbie Gray (lip) will also sit out the practice game.
Recruits Orazio Fantasia and Aliir Aliir have been named in what is a strong 26-man side.
The AFL game will get underway from 11am.
Port Adelaide will also field a strong side for the SANFL practice game against Adelaide, which starts at 8:30am.
The 25-man team includes 12 AFL listed players and a host of new SANFL contracted players including Miller Carter, Ethan Moore, Aryan Sareen, Dylan Aldridge and Jake Westbrook.
No spectators will be permitted to attend the game at Alberton Oval under an AFL directive but both games will be live streamed on the club website portadelaidefc.com.au and through the Official Port Adelaide mobile app, thanks to presenting partner Balfours.
