Official App rebuilt for 2014
Port Adelaide’s Official App has been rebuilt for the 2014 season – with plenty of great improvements!
The 2014 update features a new match centre, with enhanced stats and the ability to sort stat categories. It also has improved video functionality, making it easier than ever to keep up to date with match highlights and the latest from around the club – all on your mobile phone.
The Port Adelaide Official App will again be FREE to download!
In 2014, you’ll be able to follow Power games on the Official App, with video highlights being uploaded during the game, bring the game experience right to your fingertips.
Fans will be able to vote in the Official Fans’ MVP award, which is built in to the App for 2014. Supporters will vote for their three best players each week and the winner of the award will be crowned at this year’s John Cahill Medal awards night.
Push notifications have also been enabled and will begin during April, providing yet another way for you to stay up to date with everything at Alberton (you’ll need to opt-in to the notification when you update your App).
With all these improvements, you can still expect the same great content you enjoyed in 2013 – the latest injury news direct from Darren Burgess, inside analysis from football analyst Chris Sheedy, SANFL coverage and plenty of great match highlights.
The update is so far only available on iOS, but the Android update is coming very, very soon!
Supporters who already have the App on iPhone, simply need to head to the App Store application, click on the updates tab and update the Port Adelaide Official App. The Port Adelaide App icon on your phone should change from black (the 2013 version) to teal (the 2014 version).
