2. Entry is open to legal residents of Australia, who are 18 years and over and are Platinum Members of the Port Adelaide Football Club. Individuals and companies associated with the Competition and employees and directors of the Port Adelaide Football Club and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Competition.
3. The prize consists of four (4) tickets to the 208 Vodafone Power Business Series Event 4, featuring Shane Warne.

5. Entries are limited to one (1) per Platinum Member
6. The Port Adelaide Football Club accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected Entries.
7. Competition commences on 16.10.08 and closes on 10.11.08.
8. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The Entry will be randomly selected by an employee of the Port Adelaide Football Club to be the winner. The winner will be notified within 2 days of the Competition closing date. The Port Adelaide Football Club’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner is responsible for any costs associated with redeeming the Prize.
10. Entries must not contain any obscene, offensive or defamatory material. The Port Adelaide Football Club reserves the right to refuse to accept an entry based on such content. Each entrant agrees to release and indemnify the Port Adelaide Football Club and to keep the Port Adelaide Football Club indemnified, from and against any liability, injury, loss or damage which may be suffered, incurred or sustained by the Port Adelaide Football Club arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with, any act or omission (including negligence) by an entrant, the use of the Prize or any breach of these terms and conditions.
11. The Port Adelaide Football Club reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of valid entry into the Competition, including but not limited to proof of identity and/or proof of residency and proof of age (if applicable) in order to claim the Prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Port Adelaide Football Club. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
